Terms of return of the product

The product will be returned in the following cases provided that the purchase is confirmed and confirmed by (order number, invoice, purchase slip)

  1. Non-conformity of publications in the issue
  2. Do not match publications to data sent from client
  3. Damage of printouts upon receipt

 

How to Order Return the Product

  • During the delivery process: – In case of receiving a damaged or incomplete product, all the products in addition to the free gifts attached with the shipping representative will be returned. If all products are not returned, the return operation will be rejected.
  • Within 24 working days of receipt of the product: – If the return conditions are available, you must contact the customer service by telephone or submit a return request through the return request form on the site
  • If the customer service is not contacted within 24 hours, the customer is not entitled to return the product
  • In the case of a product return request, the product will be received by our representative within five days within Cairo and within ten days outside Cairo.

 

How to recover the value

  • The refund of the product to the customer begins after the product status has been checked and accepted. The quality inspection process takes a maximum of 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. After completing the examination process, we notify you by email. Or by contacting the customer from customer service.
  • If during the inspection process the product to be retrieved is free of the reason stated in the customer request, the value will not be refunded, and the product will be returned to the customer. With all shipping charges incurred
  • If the product return request does not conform to the pre-stated refund policy, customer service will contact the customer to explain the details and send the product back within 3-5 business days. Within Cairo or within 5-7 business days outside Cairo with the client loading all shipping charges
  • If we cannot reach the customer to deliver or reject the returned product, the product return procedure will be canceled, and the product will be held for a maximum of 90 days and then the customer cannot claim it again.
  • The value of the product will be sent by bank transfer or credit card to the customer’s account within a maximum of 14 working days
